Chennai Dance and Music Festival

Chennai Music and Dance Festival is organized to celebrate the Carnatic Style of music and dance in South India. It is held between mid December and mid January. It takes place at many venues throughout the city. Chennai experience a cultural extravaganza with more than 2000 candidates taking part in the festival. This cultural festival includes performances based on vocal and instrumental music and dance by solo and group performers.
