Manasarovar is a freshwater lake. It is believed that anyone who drinks from the lake will go to the abode of Shiva. Lake Manasarovar is also a religious and spiritual place. To visit the Kailash Manasarovar one has to reach Kathmandu and take a flight to Lhasa. From Lhasa one can easily drive up to Manasarovar.
